This data will be refreshed monthly until a permanent nightly refresh gets implemented.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>This data was developed to feed a report in response to House Bill No. 5330 Sec 18 Public Act No. 24-40<\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>.  <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\"><SPAN>\u201cThe Commissioner of Transportation shall develop and maintain an interactive map on the Internet web site of the Department of Transportation that displays the location of and information concerning the department's active construction capital projects throughout the state.
