Service Description: During the year changes to the network are done internally within Roadway Inventory throughout the year. Once the network is finalized for the LRS submission to FHWA, the data is published for consumption with an as of date on the last day of Dec of the year of edits. Currently, there is an approximate 6 month gap in calendar date to a published release in order for finalization and QA/QC on the network. (Example a 2016 network is published around June 15th 2017 with an as of date 12/31/2016. This service includes previous years data.
